wir freuen uns, Ihnen die ersten zwei Edelstoff Termine für 2016 bekanntgeben zu dürfen! Gerne kann diese Mail an interessierte DesignerInnen weitergeleitet werden. Vielen Dank.

Hallo,

 
unsere ersten zwei neuen Edelstoff Termine für 2016 sind fixiert… in neuen Locations und früher als gewöhnlich! Bewerbungen ab jetzt möglich :))

 

*         Edelstoff★09, MARX HALLE, Wien: 12. und 13. März, SA: 11-20 Uhr und SO: 11-18 Uhr

*         Edelstoff am Body Painting Festival, Pörtschach/Kärnten: 1. bis 3. Juli, FR - SO: 11-24 Uhr (ev. Freitag erst ab ca. 15 Uhr und SO nur bis 21 Uhr)

            

Wir bieten euch die Teilnahme an einem der angesagtesten Designmärkte Österreichs, Online-Präsentation auf Facebook und unserer Homepage sowie ein kaufkräftiges und designinteressiertes Publikum!

 

 

Teilnahmekosten Wien (für beide Tage):

*	Standard: EUR 200,- für einen Stand/DesignerIn/Label, Größe: 4m²
*	Premium: EUR 230,- für einen Stand/DesignerIn/Label, Größe: 6m² 
*	Premium 2 in 1: EUR 335,- wenn sich zwei DesignerInnen/Labels einen Stand teilen, Größe: 6m² (Bewerbung muss gemeinsam erfolgen!)
*	Maxistand: EUR 360,– Größe 10m²

 

Teilnahmekosten Pörtschach (für 3 Tage):

*         Standard: EUR 200,- für einen Stand/DesignerIn/Label, Größe: 5m² (nur eine Standgröße)

Jedes Label bekommt zwei gratis Aussteller-Festivalpässe; Gratisparkplätze am Ortsanfang; das Festival findet im Freien statt; Gesamtfläche Areal ca. 40.000m²; die Verkaufsstände sind in Pagodenzelte - Deckenlicht vorhanden; WLAN vor Ort; Bankomat ca. 150m vorm Haupteingang.

 

 

Benötigte BEWERBUNGSUNTERLAGEN 

*	Ausgefüllter Bewerbungsbogen - im Anhang: S. 3
*	Kurzvorstellung des Labels sowie (falls noch nie teilgenommen) einen kurzen Lebenslauf inkl. Angaben zur Ausbildung und Kontaktdaten
*	zwei aussagekräftige Produktfotos (auch wenn du schon mal teilgenommen hast! Fotos von der aktuellen Kollektion!)
*	Beispielfoto eines Messeauftrittes
*	das ungefähre Preisniveau der Produkte
*	den Link zur eigenen Homepage und/od. Facebook-Seite

Alle, die im März und/od. Juli bei Edelstoff teilnehmen wollen, bewerben sich bitte sobald als möglich – und spätestens bis 17. Jänner 2016.

Dear all,

we are pleased to inform you about our new Edelstoff dates in the first term of 2016… taking place at new locations and earlier than usual! Applications from now on possible :))

*         Edelstoff★09, MARX HALLE, Vienna: 12th and 13th of March, SAT: 11-20 and SUN: 11-18

*         Edelstoff at the Body Painting Festival, Pörtschach/Carinthia: 1st till 3rd of July, FRI-SUN: 11-midnight (maybe we'll shorten the opening hours - Friday from 3pm and Sunday only till 9pm)

 

We are offering you the participation in one of the most popular Austrian design markets, online presentation of your label on our facebook- and website and visitors with a good purchasing power and a huge interest in design!

 

 

Participation fee Vienna (for both days)

*	Standard: EUR 200,- for one stable/designer/label, size: 4sqm
*	Premium: EUR 230,- for one stable/designer/label, size: 6sqm 
*	Premium 2 in 1: EUR 335,- if two designers/labels are going to share one stable, size: 6sqm (applications have to be sent together!)
*	Maxi booth: EUR 360,– size: 10sqm

 

Participation fee Pörtschach (for 3 days):

*         Standard: EUR 200,- for one stable/designer/label, size: 5sqm (only one size available)

You'll get 2 exhibitors festival tickets for free; car parking places available without charge; this is an open air festival; size of festival area in total 40.000sqm; the market stalls are in pagoda tents – ceiling lighting available; WLAN on-site; cash machine about 150m in front of the main entrance.

 

Required APPLICATION PAPERS

*	filled-in application form - attached file: page 3
*	a short presentation of your label and (if you apply for the first time) a short curriculum vitae including information about your education and contact details
*	2 significant product photos (even if you have already taken part! Photos from your current collection!)
*	1 photo from your stand at a trade fair
*	the average price level of your products
*	the link to your homepage and/or facebook site
