At the risk of becoming the resident nit-picker screaming on the sidelines, 2011/10/31 is not an official way to write the date anywhere and we will switch to CET on 2011-10-31.

Thanks for catching this; the meeting is supposed to be at 19:30 Vienna Local Time. Whatever that means for everybody involved ;)
