Crossing Over 2008

5th edition of contemporary Art exhibition


Ateneo delle Idee is a leader Cutural Association in this field, it
pays attention to the development of Art and it promotes innovative
culture.

The Exhibtion involves all the artists and the students of  the Fine
Art Accademy to take part to Crossing Over 2008.

Art.1 CONDITION TO TAKE PART AT THE ART EXHIBITION Crossing Over 2008
The partakers at the art exhibition must be artists working  in the
specific range of visual arts (without any restrictions about genre or
tecnique); artist must be born after  31st December 1955.
The partecipation quest mustn?t be sent later than 15th July 2008, to
the Association, ateneodelleidee at gmail.com;
Plus the following materials, within the 31th July, a curriculum vitae
of the artist and a description of the art work or project must be
presented and a photo of the project or art work to be put in the
catalogue (300 dpi, 10 x 15 cm).

IMPORTAN: the art work must be created to stay in the OPEN AIR.

Art.2 THE THEME OF THE EXHIBITION
Euro of tin.

Art.3 DELIVERY OF THE ART WORKS FOR CROSSING OVER 2007
The art works must be sent or delivered to Udine, by the Borgo
Mercatovecchio 18 P. Sarpi str. 33100 Udine, Italy, on September 19th
2008 to prepare the exhibition.
All the expeses for packing and transport are chrged to the artist.
The organizers cannot be held responsible  in the case of theft or
fire; only every type of damage at the art work throught Assicurazioni
Generali.

Art.4  RETIREMENT OF THE ART WORKS
If the art works aren?t collected within September 27th-28th will
become property of the Association.

Art.5  OPENING AND DEVELOP CROSSING OVER 2008
At the opening there will be a performance, at the Autority presence
Saturday September 20th at 7.30 pm. During the opening period there
will be musical events and performances every night with a dj&vj and
drinks from 9 to 12 am.
Ateneo delle Idee offers: the space, the insurance, 15.000 flyers, the
publicity, 1.000 catalogues, and the responsability during just the
period of the art exhibition.
Every year there is a web site about the festival with the
descriptions and the pictures of the art exhibition, there will be the
flyer around Friuli and the comunication planning is :
local and national papers; art magazines; local and national TV
channels; local and national radio stations; distribution of 15.000
flyers around.

Art.6
Taking part to the exhibition means that each partakers wile permit
the use of the personal data (ex art. 10 legge n. 675/1996).
