Gleichzeitig rückt die Ferne näher: der Aufenthalt in virtuellen Räumen wird zur Gewohnheit, die weit Entfernten rücken damit gefühlt in die Nähe der Nachbarn. Körperlicher Abstand hat oberste Priorität. Das Schaumbad unterteilt daher die etwa 200 <span lang="DE" class="">m<sup class="">2</sup></span> große Ausstellungsfläche in ein strenges Raster von 15 etwa quadratischen Flächen auf, innerhalb derer Künstler!nnen eingeladen sind, ihre in der aktuellen Distanz zu anderen entstandenen Arbeiten zu präsentieren. </font></p><div class=""><font color="#434343" class=""><br class=""></font></div><div class=""><font color="#434343" class="">Das Badeverbot beschäftigt sich mit restriktiven Zuständen, die erzwungen sind und mit deren Auswirkungen. Genauso wird der Ausstellungsraum in dieses Raster gezwungen, die Quadrate sind wie Fenster in einer Fassade, öffenbar für ein Publikum, Einblicke gewährend ins Innere.</font></div><div class=""><font color="#434343" class=""><br class="">Jedem/r Künstler!n steht eine der ca. 10 m<sup class="">2</sup> großen Flächen für die Dauer der Ausstellung zur Verfügung. Bevorzugt werden Arbeiten, die einen Bezug zu einem der bereits ausgestellten Werke haben, darauf antworten, es konterkarieren oder weiterführen.
