Für die Bewohner*innen des „Viertels“ endet hier ihr alltäglicher Aktionsraum. Der Weg ist ein Durchgangsbereich, Verweilen ist nicht erwünscht und es gibt auch nichts, das dazu einlädt. Radfahrer*innen rasen in oft erschreckendem Tempo an den Fußgänger*innen vorbei, und auch diese beeilen sich, die Trostlosigkeit zwischen Gefängnis, <span class="" style="letter-spacing: -0.1px;">Schrottplätzen und Lagerhallen möglichst schnell hinter sich zu bringen. Gleichzeitig trägt die kahle Umgebung beachtliches Potenzial zu künstlerischen Setzungen, gemeinschaftlichen Aktivitäten und die Vermittlung von Botschaften. </span></div><div class="" style="margin: 0px; font-stretch: normal; line-height: normal; min-height: 13px;"><br class=""></div><div class="" style="margin: 0px; font-stretch: normal; line-height: normal;">Im Juli 2018 setzte das Schaumbad gemeinsam mit Sozialprojekten und Bewohner*innen erste Akzente: der etwa 240 Meter lange Zaun mit 96 Paneelen á 2,50 Metern Länge und einer Höhe von 1,20 Metern wurde abwechselnd, aber auch gemeinschaftlich mit künstlerischen Arbeiten und Workshop-Ergebnissen bespielt. Es entwickelten sich sehr dynamische Prozesse zwischen Kunst- und Sozialprojekten.
