Das Projekt beobachtet und reflektiert gesellschaftliche Entwicklungen und erarbeitet dazu künstlerische Projekte. „kopfbahnhof“ möchte eine flexible, offene Plattform für künstlerische und soziokulturelle Positionen sein und ein „wandelbarer Ort“, der sich immer neuen Herausforderungen öffnet.
