Open Call 2023 Artist in Residence Program

We offer a couple of virtual and one onsite Artist in Residence at the 
netart & digital culture initiative ‘mur.at' in Graz, Austria.

For this year we want to draw special focus on people who advocate for 
Net neutrality, create and work with online Archives and/or Open 
Licensing models.
