[NOC-announce] Netzwerkausfall am KnotenWest

Hallo Leute,

Am heutigen Sonntag Nachmittag fiel kurz vor 16:00 Uhr das gesamte
Netzwerk im Bereich des westlichen Murufers (KnotenWest) aus.  Die
Ursache war ein Stromausfall.  Seit 16:40 Uhr ist der KnotenWest wieder
on-line.
