Lieber Userin!

Das Network Operation Center (NOC) bei mur.at ist Deine
Informationsquelle wenn du Hilfe fuer einen unserer Netzwerkdienste
benoetigst, Fragen zum Betrieb Deiner Software hast (obwohl wir keine
Windows-Expertinnen sind koennen wir manchmal helfen) oder sonstwie
Schwierigkeiten hast die du selbst nicht loesen kannst. Normalerweise
arbeiten wir

  MO-FR von 10.00 bis 16.00 Uhr

(ausser an Feiertagen natuerlich).

An Feiertagen und waehrend der Wochenenden hat einer von uns
Bereitschaftsdienst fuer NOTFAELLE aller Art. Bereitschaftsdienst ist

  MO-FR von 16.00 bis 20.00 Uhr

und

  von 10.00 bis 16.00 Uhr

waehrend der Wochenenden bzw. an Feiertagen. Um uns telefonisch zu
erreichen benutze bitte immer unsere Bueronummer

Die frueher veroeffentlichte Mobilnummer wird ab sofort nicht mehr
benutzt!

mur.at's Network Operation Center (NOC) is the source of information if
you need help with any of our network services, have questions on how to
operate your software (allthough we are no Windows-Experts we can help
sometimes) or run into troubles you cannot resolve. Generally we work

  MO-FR from 10am to 4pm

(except for holidays of course).

On holidays and during the weekend one of us is on standby for
EMERGENCIES of all kinds. Standby time is

  MO-FR from 4pm to 8pm

and

  from 10am to 4pm
