Lieber Userin!

Laut österreichischem Datenschutzgesetz (DSG 2000) ist die
Veröffentlichung von 'Personenbezogenen Daten' verboten. Aus diesem
Grund haben wir die Erzeugung der Statistiken, die bis jetzt die 30
häufigsten Besucherinnen einer Website anzeigten deaktiviert. Die
Deaktivierung tritt sofort in Kraft, löscht/verändert aber nicht die
alten Webstatistikseiten.

Bedeuten tut das, dass Du von den 'Jun 2004' Statistiken an die Einträge
'Top 30 of N Total Sites' und 'Top 10 of N Total Sites By KBytes'
NICHT mehr finden wirst.

Wenn Du am juristischen Hintergrund interessiert bist, findest Du
Informationen auf 'http://www.dsk.gv.at/', wo auch das 'DSG 2000'
veröffentlich ist.

Dear User!

According to Austrian data-protection laws (DSG 2000) the publication of
personal data forbidden. Therefore we deactivated the generation of
webstats that up to now showed the 30 most active URLs visiting a site.
This takes effect from now on but will not erase/alter older webstat
pages.

The meaning of this is that from the 'Jun 2004' stats on you will NOT
find the 'Top 30 of N Total Sites' and the 'Top 10 of N Total Sites By
KBytes' anymore.

If you are interested in the legal background we suggest you look up the
relevant law at 'http://www.dsk.gv.at/' where you also find the
'inofficial translation' of the 'DSG 2000'.
