[IP-SFS] Erste updates/Änderungen

Geschätzte Ko-Autoren!

Ich hab mal einige Änderungen aus Bob Bradens Vorschlägen eingearbeitet
[1]. Was noch wirklich fehlt ist eine sinnvolle introduction und dazu
references mit Quellenangaben (Appendix?). Ein wenig mach ich jetzt
noch, Rest morgen/Sonntag. Und dann hoff ich dass das 'quickly enough'
ist ;)

[1] Aus dem SVN Log:
- moved parts of abstract to introduction
- fixed figure 1
- replaced all occurences of block by frame
- changed octets to 4-bit nibbles were necessary
- removed reference to bottle of beer
- changed signal names to refer to frames instead of blocks (FST instead
  of BST)
