for the Wavelength-section of the 44th Toronto International Film Festival [sep 5–15 2019]



"Heavy Metal Detox" is an aesthetic paraphrase on the removal of amalgam dental fillings. 
The procedure – mirrored in spiritual, sarcastic, existential and nihilistic perspectives – condenses into a cantata in film format.
