<span style="font-family:"Calibri Light",sans-serif">Der Wert von Arbeit ist umstritten – in historischen wie gegenwärtigen, parteipolitischen wie zivilgesellschaftlichen, akademischen wie alltagskulturellen Diskursen. Er stellt zugleich eine Grundkategorie
von (Erwerbs-)Arbeit in kapitalistischen Gesellschaften dar. Die Tauschbeziehung zwischen Arbeitskraftverkäufer*in und Arbeitskraftkäufer*in wird in erster Linie monetär ausgeglichen: Arbeit für Geld. Neben dieser finanziellen Form sind weitere Arten von Anerkennung
notwendig, um die Bedürfnisse der Arbeitskraftverkäufer*in zu erfüllen; etwa Sicherheit, Wertschätzung, Sichtbarkeit, Prestige. Neben dem Erwerb von ökonomischem Kapital erhalten gewisse Berufsfelder (bsp. Kunst, Kultur, Wissenschaft) und auch Freiwilligenarbeit
symbolisches Kapital - bleiben dennoch in prekären Arbeitsverhältnissen verhaftet.<o:p></o:p></span></p>

</i>fragt nach dem Verhältnis von Fairness und Arbeit vor dem Hintergrund aktueller Transformationen der Arbeitswelt. Der Blick richtet sich auf vielfältige Bereiche und Akteur*innen: produktive und reproduktive Arbeit, Lohn-Arbeit und Care-Arbeit, schlecht
oder gar nicht bezahlte Praktika, Freiwilligenarbeit und Ehrenamt, prekäre Selbstständigkeiten; von Zusteller*innen bis zu Reinigungskräften, von Kultur- bis zu Fließbandarbeiter*innen, von Kopfarbeit bis Handarbeit.<o:p></o:p></span></p>

<span style="font-family:"Calibri Light",sans-serif">Prekarität ist überall. Mehr, schneller, effizienter produzieren folgt den Prämissen der Moderne. Subjektivierung und Flexibilisierung erfahren Zuspruch und bewirken tendenziell das Auflösen der Grenzen zwischen
Arbeits- und Privatleben. Unterschiedliche Achsen der Ungleichheit konvergieren: Rassismus, Klassismus, Sexismus, Alter. Die (Re-)Produktion von (un-)gerechten Arbeitsverhältnissen wird durch Mehrfachdiskriminierung, befristete Arbeitsverträge, fehlenden Arbeitsschutz,
niedrige Entlohnung, Leiharbeit, Flexibilisierung in Bezug auf Arbeitszeit, -ausmaß und -ort vorangetrieben.<o:p></o:p></span></p>

of employment in capitalist societies. The exchange relationship between the seller and the buyer of labor is primarily settled in monetary terms: Labor for money. In addition to this financial form, other types of recognition are necessary to meet the needs
of the labor seller, such as security, esteem, visibility and prestige. Besides the acquisition of economic capital, certain professional fields (e.g. art, culture, science) and also volunteer work receive symbolic capital - yet remain trapped in precarious
working conditions.<o:p></o:p></span></p>
<p class="western" style="mso-margin-top-alt:13.9pt;margin-right:0cm;margin-bottom:0cm;margin-left:0cm;line-height:13.9pt">
<span lang="EN-US" style="font-family:"Calibri Light",sans-serif">The #fairarbeiten-<i>kuckuck</i> inquires the relationship between fairness and work against the backdrop of current changes in the world of work. The focus is on diverse areas and actors: productive
and reproductive work, wage labor and care work, poorly paid or unpaid internships, volunteer work, solidarity and charity, precarious self-employment; from delivery workers to cleaners, from cultural workers to assembly line workers, from brainwork to manual
work.<o:p></o:p></span></p>

<span lang="EN-US" style="font-family:"Calibri Light",sans-serif">Precarity is everywhere. Producing more, faster, more efficiently follows the premises of modernity. Subjectivation and flexibilization are on the rise and tend to dissolve the boundaries between
work and private life. Different axes of inequality are converging: Racism, classism, sexism, age. The (re)production of (un)just working conditions is being driven by multiple discrimination, fixed-term employment contracts, a lack of occupational health
and safety, low pay, temporary agency work and flexibilization in terms of working hours, workload and location.<o:p></o:p></span></p>
