Gegenwärtig ist es<br>beinahe schon schwierig geworden, sich ein Europa ohne <br>Grenzkontrollen und Zäune auch nur vorzustellen. Geschweige denn, <br>an eine Welt ohne Einschränkungen der Reisefreiheit zu denken.<br><br>David Kranzelbinder ist in diesem Zusammenhang ein kompetenter <br>Gesprächspartner. Er leitet das Kulturprogramm an einem <br>Veranstaltungsort in Grenzlage, dem Pavelhaus / Pavlova hiša in <br>Laafeld bei Radkersburg.
