Im Gespräch mit der Künstlerin fragt </SPAN><SPAN STYLE= "font-family: '';font-size: 13px;font-weight: bold;" >Rosemarie Brucher</SPAN><SPAN STYLE= "font-family: '';font-size: 13px;" > nach der queeren Ästhetik des Trans* sowie den künstlerischen Strategien der Konstruktion und Dekonstruktion von Identitäten und Körpern, mit denen Scheirl die konstitutive Komplizenschaft scheinbarer Oppositionen offenlegt.<BR><BR>Rosemarie Brucher (*1980 Graz, lebt in Wien) studierte Theater-, Film- und Medienwissenschaft, Germanistik und Komparatistik an den Universitäten Wien und Leipzig. Nach Forschungsstellen und Gastprofessuren in Wien, Berlin und New York ist sie seit 2013 als Senior Scientist für Theaterwissenschaft am Zentrum für Genderforschung der Kunstuniversität Graz beschäftigt, das sie auch stellvertretend leitet. Ihre Forschungsschwerpunkte sind Performance Art, Wiener Aktionismus, Subjekt- und Differenztheorie, Gender Studies und die Verschränkung von Kunst, Philosophie und Psychowissenschaften um 1900. After holding research units and guest lectures in Vienna, Berlin and New York, since 2013 she has been a senior scientist for theatre studies at the Department of Gender Studies at the University of the Arts in Graz, which she also co-directs. Her main research interest focuses on performance art, Viennese actionism, subject- and difference theory, gender studies, and the intertwinement of art, philosophy and psycho sciences at the turn of the century. Currently she is also a research fellow at the International Research Center for Cultural Studies (IFK) in Vienna.<BR><BR>Ashley Hans Scheirl (*1956 Salzburg, lives in Vienna) considered cult figure in an international scene of queer- and transgender artists studied restoration at the Academy of Fine Arts in Vienna (diploma, 1980).<BR><BR>In cooperation with the Center for Gender Studies of the University of Graz & queer Departments of ÖH Uni Graz, HTU Graz and ÖH Med Graz.</SPAN><br /><br /><img src="cid:Line.png@B3F5A800.146A.4322.B6A7.8254C2537582">
