„Triennial of expanded media RECONNECTION 2019“

IN MEMORIAM Marica Radojčić, *1943 - † April 30th, 2018

Marica Radojčić, artist and university professor of mathematics in Belgrade, embodied the sustainable synthesis of arts and sciences. One of her important research topics was the fascinating life’s work of Nikola Tesla. This evening in memoriam Marica Radojčić follows her unique legacy in fields of science, arts and her approach to philosophy of art and life in a plural manner crossing scientific contributions and artistic contributions exhibited over the entire period of the triennial.

The theoretical frame of this evening "Art & science - forward back to myth? The illumination of darkness - the immersion into noise" covers the transfer of Tesla’s modern point of view of the ages of electricity to the postmodern post-digital age.
