  RELEASE/98-clean-chroot: stop removing apt-show-versions cache

apt-show-versions was removed in c057283fb0e5e2b4e9f5f6b4293602be72de0eb8.
Whoever installs it should add the cleanup to their clean-chroot script.

  RELEASE/98-clean-chroot: Run apt distclean on trixie+

Fallback to the open-coded implementation for bookworm. Once bookworm is
unsupported, this can be dropped.

As requested in grml/grml-live#383.
