  grml-info: in X11 always use x-www-browser

Per discussion in grml/grml-scripts#22: simplify the X11 codepath.
Under X, if we have x-www-browser, use it. Otherwise fall back to
the textmode code.

I'm not changing the textmode code as that discussion was not closed.
