  Fully deprecate HYBRID_METHOD

The previous default (isohybrid) will now always be used. Going forward we
might simplify the ISO boot layout.

  Move isohybrid-mbr option to BOOT_ARGS

Allows sharing EFI_ARGS between amd64 and arm64.

  amd64: remove duplicated ElTorito data for UEFI boot

Previously grml-live created two UEFI boot entries:

  Let xorriso pad the ISO

For ISOs with isohybrid partitions, xorriso already knows to pad
the ISO.
