grml-live: stop advertising SQUASHFS_BINARY
This variable was necessary in the past, see commit
74d93017fe452a2bc01d802ce9b342ff6c4b649b. Looks like there were no recent
(incompatible) developments, so we can stop caring about it.

grml-live: remove base.tgz cleanup code
Not necessary since we use minifai which never builds a base.tgz.
