  zshrc: cleanup

  * H-Glob(): fix output of escaped $1
  * alias grml-version: only create if /etc/grml_version is present
  * function trans(): only create if translate-shell:/usr/bin/trans is
    not installed
  * alias dbp: only create if dpkg-dev:/usr/bin/dpkg-buildpackage is
    installed.
  * Start(): check for existance of /etc/service.
