                          Translokale Performative Akademie (TPA) ist
                          eine auf vier Jahre angelegte Plattform für
                          kollektives Lernen und peer-to-peer Austausch
                          von Künstler*innen aus Europa und Südostasien.</span><o:p

                          monatlich treffen sich raumbezogen performativ
                          arbeitende Künstler*innen in digitalen und
                          einmal jährlich in wechselnden analogen
                          Räumen. Diese Treffen geschehen entlang von
                          spezifischen Fragestellungen, die Aspekte der
                          unterschiedlichen entstehenden raumbezogenen
                          Arbeiten thematisieren. Diese Fragestellungen
                          sind das dramaturgische Skelett, anhand dessen
                          digitale Artefakte (als Dokumente) entstehen,
                          welche spezifische Arbeitsweisen, Umgang mit
                          Raum und Forschungsansätze der Arbeiten den
                          anderen Teilnehmerinnen in einem eigens
                          entwickelten, digitalen Raum zugänglich
                          machen. Entlang der individuellen,
                          fortlaufenden und lokalen Praxis der
                          teilnehmenden Künstler*innen entwickeln sich
                          im Zusammentreffen inhaltliche Einsätze,
                          politische Agenden und künstlerische Methoden,
                          die einen translokalen Diskurs entstehen
                          lassen und den Austausch verschiedener Zugänge
                          zu Raum ermöglichen. <o:p class=""></o:p></span></p>

                          der TPA ist es, Künstler*innen einen neuen und
                          anderen Blick auf die eigene Arbeit im Sinne

                          die in anderen lokalen Kontexten mit anderen
                          Themen und Methoden operieren. Wie wirken die

                          kontinuierlichen Diskurs sollen andersartige
                          Ökologien und Organisationsformen entstehen.
                          Die TPA versteht sich als nomadische Akademie,
                          die sich temporär mit Institutionen verbindet,
                          wie zum Beispiel mit der Universität für
                          angewandte Kunst Wien, dem Jakarta Art
                          Council, dem Kunst Department der Universität
                          in Taiwan, der Filmuniversität KONRAD WOLF
                          Berlin Babelsberg, sowie weiteren
                          Institutionen und lokalen Initiativen.

                        oder stationär auf eigenem Server?) hochladen
                        können. Diese Artefakte sollen dann auch auf
                        einer Fläche zueinander ausgelegt und
                        unterschiedlich angeordnet werden können, wobei
                        die zeitbasierten Medien wie Film oder Sound
                        nicht durch ein Einzel- oder Symbolbild visuell
                        repräsentiert werden sollen. Vielmehr soll die
                        Zeitachse oder deren zeitlicher Verlauf sichtbar
                        gemacht werden. Dabei sind im Speziellen die
                        Größenverhältnisse von Film-, Sound, - Text oder
                        Bildelementen zu definieren, damit die
                        unterschiedlichen Medien gleichberechtigt auf
                        der Fläche Platz einnehmen (wobei Breite und
                        Länge je nach Medium spezifisch (vor)definiert
                        sein kann) und auch um eine schnelle
                        überblicksartige Erfassung auf der Fläche zu

                        einerseits die basalen Kriterien der Umsetzung
                        der ersten Phase erfüllt und darüber hinaus die
                        Möglichkeit bietet, die flächige Darstellung zu
                        einem späteren Zeitpunkt, um räumliche
                        Erfahrungen zu erweitern.<span class=""

                      <p class="MsoNormal">The Translocal Performative
                        Academy (TPA) is a four-year platform for
                        collective learning and peer-to-peer exchange
                        between artists from Europe and Southeast Asia.</p>
                      <p class="MsoNormal"><span class="" lang="EN-US">Once
                          a month, performing artists with a focus on
                          side-specific approaches meet in digital
                          spaces and once a year in changing analogue
                          spaces. These meetings take place along or the
                          Film University Babelsberg questions that
                          address aspects of the various space-related
                          works being created. These questions are the
                          dramaturgical skeleton on the basis of which
                          digital artefacts (as documents) are created,
                          which make specific ways of working, dealing
                          with space and research approaches of the
                          works accessible to the other participants in
                          a specially developed digital space. Along the
                          individual, ongoing and local practice of the
                          participating artists, content-related stakes,
                          political agendas and artistic methods develop
                          in the encounter, giving rise to a translocal
                          discourse and enabling the exchange of
                          different approaches to space. <o:p class=""></o:p></span></p>
                      <p class="MsoNormal"><span class="" lang="EN-US">The
                          aim of the TPA is to enable artists to take a
                          new and different look at their own work in
                          the sense of a "re-perspectivisation" that
                          emerges in dialogue with colleagues who
                          operate in other local contexts with different
                          themes and methods. How do the digital
                          artefacts affect the individual site-specific
                          art practices?<o:p class=""></o:p></span></p>
                      <p class="MsoNormal"><span class="" lang="EN-US">The
                          virtual space in which the digital artefacts
                          are interactively arranged is intended to
                          reflect local working conditions and processes
                          translocally and make them accessible.<o:p

                      <p class="MsoNormal"><span class="" lang="EN-US">We
                          assume that new discourse terminologies will
                          emerge in the process, which will also support
                          the development of alternatives to a
                          globalised, international art market. Through
                          this "applied" continuous discourse, different
                          ecologies and forms of organisation are to
                          emerge. The TPA sees itself as a nomadic
                          academy that temporarily connects with
                          institutions such as the University of Applied
                          Arts Vienna, the Jakarta Art Council, the Art
                          Department of the University in Taiwan, the
                          Berlin Film University KONRAD WOLF, as well as

                          Rather, the time axis or its temporal course
                          should be made visible. In particular, the
                          proportions of film, sound, text or image
                          elements should be defined so that the
                          different media occupy equal space on the
                          surface (whereby width and length can be
                          specifically (pre-) defined depending on the
                          medium) and also to enable a quick overview on
                          the surface.<o:p class=""></o:p></span></p>

                          the two-dimensional representation with
                          spatial experiences at a later stage. In this
