      NOW´S THE TIME zeigt Arbeiten von rund 20 KünstlerInnen, die sich im Spannungsfeld der unterschiedlichen Ikonografien von Pop- und Massenkultur, Lifestyle und den elektronischen Medien bewegen. Zur Disposition steht eine aktuelle Hinterfragung der Techniken des Samplings wie der Montage, die sich aus Elementen der Populärkultur speist, um diese in eine eigenständige Formensprache zu übersetzen.
      Das Projekt wird von dem gleichnamigen Setting NOW´S THE TIME in den benachbarten Ausstellungsräumlichkeiten des Kunsthaus Graz (Space 02, Lendkai 1) begleitet.

      NOW'S THE TIME presents works of about twenty artists who act within the span of discrepancies of different iconographies of pop- and mass culture, lifestyle and the electronic media. Subject is a current analysis of sampling techniques such as the montage which is fed by elements of the pop culture, in order to translate these into an independent language of form.
      The project is accompanied by the setting under the same name "NOW'S THE TIME" in the neighbouring exhibition spaces of the Kunsthaus Graz (space02 /Lendkai 1).
