1 mur.at Ticket System

Wir haben es endlich geschafft, ein Ticket System zu finden und zu
implementieren, dass unseren Anforderungen entspricht. Unsere Wahl fiel auf
'RT2' von 'http://www.bestpractical.com/rt/'.

Wir bitten Dich von jetzt an alle Anfragen bezüglich Deines Accounts,
technischer Probleme oder andere Fragen an 'amt at mur.at' zu richten.
'amt at mur.at' ist der Alias unseres Ticket Systems und wird auch als Absender
von Email auftauchen, da wir weitere Kommunikation über das Ticket System
abwickeln werden.

Wenn Du eine Nachricht an 'amt at mur.at' schickst bekommst Du eine automatische
Antwort des Systems mit der Ticket Nummer und dem Hinweis bei weiteren mails
den Teil des Subjects mit der Ticket Nummer unverändert zu lassen.

'noc at mur.at' wird weiter bestehen bleiben, jedoch werden wir mail, von der wir
glauben dass sie an 'amt at mur.at' geschickt gehört dorthin weiterschicken und
dabei Deine Adresse als Absender verwenden. Wundere Dich bitte nicht wenn Dir
'amt at mur.at' mitteilt Du hättest ein Email geschickt obwohl Du an 'noc at mur.at'
geschrieben hast.

Wir hoffen Dir gefällt das neue System so gut wie es uns gefällt!

2 ... Neues Webmail Interface

Ab Freitag, 9.4.2004 in der Früh wird das Webmail Interface teilweise neu
aussehen. Wir werden einen upgrade auf Version 3.2.3 durchführen, in der
einige Bugs repariert sind und die noch hübscher aussieht :) Diese
Verständigung ist nur dazu da Dich zu warnen damit Du nicht ob der
Veränderungen erschrickst.

3 ... System Wartung

Ebenfalls am Freitag, 9.4.2004 werden wir alle Dienste am 'hornet.mur.at' für
einige Minuten abschalten müssen. Das wird zwischen 9.00 und 10.00 Uhr
vormittags an diesem Tag passieren. Wir entschuldigen uns für die
Unanehmlichkeiten.

1 mur.at Ticket System

Finally we managed to find an implement a ticketing-system that meets our
needs. We decided to use 'RT2' from 'http://www.bestpractical.com/rt/'.

We ask you to direct all requests that you have concerning your account, any
technical problems you experience or any questions you have to 'amt at mur.at'
from now on. 'amt at mur.at' is the alias for the ticketing system and will also
appear as the sender address in email since we tunnel all communication
through the ticketing system.

If you write mail to 'amt at mur.at' you will receive an automatic answer
(currently german only, sorry) that informs you about the Ticket number your
request was assigned and that you should keep part of the subject unchanged
in further communication.

'noc at mur.at' will still be available but we will forward any mail that we
think should go to 'amt at mur.at' and use your email address in the From:
line. So don't be surprised when 'amt at mur.at' tells you that you sent it a
message although you wrote to 'noc at mur.at'.

We hope you like this new system as much as we do!

2 New Webmail Interface

Starting Friday April 9th 2004 in the morning the Webmail Interface will
have a partly new look. We will upgrade to Version 3.2.3 which fixes some
bugs and looks nicer :) This note is just to warn you so you don't get
scared when you see the changes.

3 System Maintanance

Also on Friday April 9th 2004 we will have to take all Services on
'hornet.mur.at' offline for some minutes. This will occur between 9.00 and
10.00 AM on said day. Sorry for the inconvenience.
