[cdp] CDP running on newer Apple CPU's (M1,M2)?

Hi list,

do we know if CDP from
https://www.unstablesound.net/downloads/CDP-Release711u.mpkg.zip
will run on newer Apple M1/M2 CPUs altough it has not been compiled for
it? 

Has anyone attempted to compile CDP for these CPUs already?
