[cdp] Soundfiles downloaded this time

Dear Peter,

I tried again with the links in your new email and I accessed and 
downloaded soundfiles without a problem.  My colleague must have 
downloaded them successfully to find out about the negative DC offset.  
So that works OK.  I don't know what happened the first time I tried.

I'll be asking Robert Fraser to add this useful information to the 
Reference Manual for DISTORT REPEAT.
