[btc] Final update before block that chain starts

Dear all,

this regards all of you who will be coming to Graz soon (or are already
in town).

Most of you will arrive some time on Sunday and as we already
mentioned, we will pick you up wherever you arrive (train/bus station,
airport).  I updated our etherpad and added some emergency contacts
there.  Please consider this private information ;)

There are two suggestions for Sunday night:

1)  concert at "Kunsthaus Graz" called "Ensemble Mécanique" which
starts at 6pm (18:00) and is free :)

close to Kunsthaus) at 8pm (20:00).
