Which package creates /etc/init.d/bootlocal files?
I.e., /etc/init.d/bootlocal.first, /etc/init.d/bootlocal.middle & /etc/ init.d/bootlocal.last
They are not LSB-compliant, as required by the Debian Policy, chapter 9.3.2 Writing the scripts, http://wiki.debian.org/LSBInitScripts .

If you think you know how to provide a LSB-compliant header for files which exist just to be adjusted by the user: let me know. 8-)
If you just want to see a pro forma, default header - well I can provide it. Though insserv sadly doesn't even support file-rc at all....
