Hi,
how can I use the differnt boot-cheatcodes for pxe-boots?
I want especially use the "forensic" parameter.
For the while I use the parameter "noswap", which should be quite the same?
Can I include networkshares (smb/nfs) by adding special boot-parameters or do I have to rebuild the grml-iso? The grml-Terminal-Server cannot be used, because I have already a dhcp / tftp server running and don't wanna burning energy with another pc running 24/7.
cu,
ramon

Well, if you are not using grml-terminalserver you have to adjust the kernel line in your tftp server config.
I want especially use the "forensic" parameter.
Please be aware, that forensic has to be the *first* parameter on the cmdline as it triggers kernel options as well.
If that's not possible use the bootoptions 'nofstab noraid noautoconfig noswap raid=noautodetect' to get the equivalent of 'forensic'.

No, nofstab is very important too.

No.

In case the configuration framework does not work for your setup (see http://grml.org/config/ for the docs): yes.
