Thanks a lot, as a matter of fact, I did not. Still, it doesn't seem to get my camera working. But this could be a problem either in Skype (2.0.0.72) or with my hardware.

The old one: 701

I have Debian Unstable + grml-etc-core on my 901, and i think the webcam "just worked" quite all kernels i did try. ( tested with "mplayer tv://" )

However, i do now run a 2.6.28-rc kernel because i had problems with alsa, wlan and suspend/resume with older kernels.
