grml 2011.05: init: Id "12" respawning too fast: disabled for 5 minutes

Hello,
I use grml now a few years now and just figured out with a computer i get that message. tested this with grml 2010.12 and 2011.05: init: Id "12" respawning too fast: disabled for 5 minutes.
What is causing that problem?

What is causing that problem?
Is this happening flat out on the LiveCD? It shouldn't.
