1.) Auf dem Framebuffer kann man auch nach einem loadkeys ru keine russischen Zeichen tippen. Und ich habe keine Ahnung, was man dagegen tun kann. ;)
Gute Frage wie man sowas elegant einrichtet.
/etc/console-tools/config ist dabei relevant. im prinzip das selbe wie euro support auf der konsole. gruß nico
