[Grml] /etc/init.d/bootlocal files

Hi,

Which package creates /etc/init.d/bootlocal files?

I.e., /etc/init.d/bootlocal.first, /etc/init.d/bootlocal.middle & /etc/ init.d/bootlocal.last

They are not LSB-compliant, as required by the Debian Policy, chapter 9.3.2 Writing the scripts, http://wiki.debian.org/LSBInitScripts .
