You can easily create one yourself:

wget -O cheatcodes.txt "http://git.grml.org/?p=grml-live.git;a=blob_plain;f=templates/GRML/grml-chea..." a2ps -1 -l 120 cheatcodes.txt -o cheatcodes.ps ps2pdf cheatcodes.ps cheatcodes.pdf
