Yes, using the bootfrom cheatcode:
| grml bootfrom=/dev/hda1 Access Image then boot from previously copied CD-Image | grml bootfrom=/dev/hda1/GRML.iso Access image, boot from ISO-Image.

Afaik in grml 0.7 was a hd-installer introduced, another option is not known by me.
Huh? grml2hd is available since grml 0.2.
