The problem seems to be resolved. Permission problem with the encrypted Certification files in /etc/CiscoVPNClient/Certifications.
Set it to evil number 777 clean the problem. I will remaster CD with righ permission and test it again.
Big thanks, to mika for a solution :). And if he once visit great Switzerland I'will invite him to eat fine Rösti menue :).
