I'm not using grub, but it should look like:

title grml root (hd1,0) kernel /boot/vmlinuz-2.6.15-grml vga=0x0317 initrd /boot/initrd.img-2.6.15-grml

(Assuming that you are using framebuffer and initrd, otherwise remove it.)

Just merge /usr/share/doc/grub/examples/menu.lst and /etc/lilo.conf to get a /boot/grub/menu.list. ;-)
