* Peter Eberl peb@eberl.com [20061111 12:15]:
OK, having here a Fujitsu-Siemens B110 subnotebook running fine on grml.
grml 0.8?
I noticed a strange thing: setting up the sound with alsaconf works fine. I would expect that the settings (for the soundcards) are saved permanently and started automatically.
It isn't. The settings dissappear and after reboot they are lost.
what are my wrong assumptions and how can I adjust the environment to meet them?
What does:
% for i in /etc/init.d/alsa* ; grep "${i}$" /etc/runlevel.conf || echo "$i not in runlevel.conf"
output on your box?
