In einer Abwechslung von Aktiv- und Ruhephasen sowie improvisierten Bewegungs-
und Tanzsequenzen begeben Sie sich auf die Suche nach der inneren Wildnis, der
eigenen verschütteten Lebendigkeit. Durch Körpertraining mit Rhythmus, Bewegung
und Ruhe, durch eine Rückkehr zu "Ur-Rhythmen", durch das Wecken des
Körpergefühls über die Wirbelsäule, die Muskeln, den Nacken, das Gesicht, durch
die Begründung von Bewegung und Tanz im Prozess der Imagination werden Ängste
und Einschränkungen abgebaut, die uns von den eigenen inneren Quellen
abschneiden. Dies befreit den Körper und die Vorstellungskraft. Es öffnet den
Weg zu authentischer Kommunikation und bewegenden Darstellungen. Die
"Soundings" zielen auf die Präsenz in Körper und Stimme.<br>

"Soundings" wurde vom Regisseur Richard Nieoczym entworfen und ist
ein Begriff aus der Nautik: Signale werden ausgesendet. Aus ihren Echos lässt
sich die Beschaffenheit der Welt unter der Wasseroberfläche erkennen.
"Soundings" ist eine Metapher für das, was durch diese Art der Arbeit
geschieht: Die im menschlichen Körper eingravierten Bilder und Gewohnheiten
werden ausgelotet, ihre Resonanzen wahrgenommen. Dabei werden alle
Energiezentren angesprochen und geweckt.<br>

Im wunderschönen frühlingshaften Kontext von Bad Gleichenberg geniessen Sie
nicht nur das von Ihnen gebuchte Seminar "Soundings" sondern auch
eine Reihe weiterer Plenar- und Grossgruppenveranstaltungen geleitet von
namhaften und international anerkannten Fachleuten aus dem Bereich der
Körpertherapie und Körperkunst. Gesellige Abendveranstaltungen runden das
Programm ab und machen die Gleichenberger Tage zu einem Höhepunkt fachlichen
und sozialen Austausches.<br>

Die Arbeit besteht aus: <br>

- Körpertraining durch Rhythmus, Bewegung und Ruhe: eine Rückkehr zu
«Ur-Rhythmen». <br>
- Wecken des Körpergefühls über die Wirbelsäule, die Muskeln, Nacken, Gesicht <br>
- Neu-Entdeckung der eigenen organischen Atemmuster in Aktion und Ruhe <br>
- Begründung von Arbeit und Spiel im Prozess der Imagination <br>
- Erkundung der archetypischen Tiefe von Texten und Ausdruck dieser Tiefe <br>
- Integration von Stimme, Körper, Rhythmus und Text <br>
