<BR><FONT SIZE=2>I have the pleasure to present you the “Silver Wave” Radio Festival which is organized within the most prestigious event in the media world of Central and Eastern Europe - International Media Events TV World’03. The International Media Events “Television World 2003” and “Silver Wave” Radio Festival are organized enually from “Television World” Foundation. The 12th Media Events will again, by tradition, take place in the Black Sea resort of Albena from 1 to 7 June. They will include 13 festivals and exhibitions – entertainment programmes, radio, news, advertising, live music festivals, film and programme markets, an exhibition of multimedia technologies, an automobile show, a tennis tournament, Art of Printing Exhibition, and Sports Festival. There will be different media presentations and seminars. Besides the traditional events – festivals and exhibitions, which we have organized during the last 9 years, in this year you will be able to see and participate in several new things: International conference “Media and Banks”, “WWW Festival”, International conference of the representatives of the cable associations in Europe and International PR Specialists meeting. The Film Festival “Sea star” will be organized in Limassol – Cyprus.</FONT></P>
<P><FONT SIZE=2>The Silver Wave Radio festival will take place for the fourth time in Bulgaria within International Media Events. The main purpose of the festival is to present the Bulgarian and international radio productions, juxtapose the different radio formats, to create a competitive environment both for the radio station production and independent producers, including syndicated programmes. Our purpose is to create contacts with international radiostations and work with them in the future. The Radio Festival is good opportunity for our future co-operation. </FONT></P>
<P><FONT SIZE=2>We hope that all of this will arise your interest and that you or representatives of yours will participate in our Media events in the year of 2003. </FONT></P>
