Die letzten Tage brachten uns eine Menge mails ein, die die Aenderungen
im Dateisystem und hornets Web Server betrafen. Wir dachten unsere
Informationen waren genau und verstaendlich aber es sieht aus als ob wir
uns da irrten :(

Wir wissen solange nicht welche Probleme Du hast, bis Du es uns sagst.
Wir bekommen kein Feedback zu den Informationen die wir aussenden. Es
ist als ob wir Information stueckchenweise in ein schwarzes Loch werfen
wuerden.

Deswegen brauchen wir Deine Hilfe!

Dear user!

The last days brought us lot's of mails concerning the changes in
hornet's filesystem and the webserver. We thought our information was
accurate and understandable but looks like we were wrong :(

We do not know if what problems you have until you tell us. We get no
feedback at all about the information we send. It feels like droping
pieces of information into a black hole.

Therefor we need your help!

- read our information thoroughly
- tell us what we can make better
- tell us if you do not understand what we write
- tell us what you need or want
- inform others about the mur.at information lists
