<p><big style="font-weight: bold;">Sonos2Duo</big></p>
<p>Sonos2Duo is a project by two ladies from the experimental music scene – Mia Zabelka and Svetlana Maras. This duo features some new, carefully developed materials merged into an eclectic and dynamic performance of live electronic music. Zabelka and Maras are bringing into this duo various influences from their individual practices from the fields of contemporary music, electro-acoustic improvisation and sound art. They are showing great performative and improvising potential but also affinity towards exploration and new interpretation of the current trends in electronic music.</p>
<p>In their performance we are witnessing an interesting transformation of the instruments – the laptop reveals capability of approximating the versatility of the violin while the violin is being deconstructed and adopting the characteristics of digital sounds. At points, the two instruments merge into a coherent whole where the distinction between the instruments is impossible. Sonos2Duo is escaping the genre classification, but aims towards bringing the craft of improvisation into a new context where the appreciation of virtuosity and sound in itself, are of an equal importance.</p>

<p>1724 sind das nahezu perfekte komglomerat der “JETZT-MUSIK” : die musikerinnen bewegen sich nahezu grenzenlos in riesigen offenen räumen. jeder einzelne ist in praktisch diametral verschiedenen projekten engagiert, von jazz, avantgarde, underground, rock und reggae bis hin zu hiphop und songwriting. jedoch hier, als trio “1724”, kochen sie ihr ganz eigenes spannungsgeladenes köstliches ursüppchen.</p>

<p>LUCA KEZDY is one third of “santa diver” band; look and listen to SD at szimplakertben or visit go for http://www.myspace.com/santadiver.<br /> She has been playing with Santa Diver since 2006. She is in more genres like jazz, free improvisation, pop and fusion. She played with several bands and musicians like Free Style Chamber Orchestra, Nigun, Zoltán Lantos, Csaba Deseő, Frigyes Pleszkán, Ágnes, Tereskova, Valerie June, Erik Truffaz, Laurent Blondiau, Alexander Balanescu.</p>
<p>LES TOMEK´s main band is “100nka” in poland. 100nka did several cds amongst others with herb robertson, you can listen this wonderful band by www.myspace.com/100nka or click on 100nka&herb. Tomek is also on tour mit der hiphop formation alladin killers and intense connected with rock music.</p>
<p>Emil GROSS, the 24-years-young drumming breeze from Austria, actively at home in the tension area between funk, rock, drum&bass, jazz, avant-garde – turns his internal processes straight into tension-loaded, sensitive rhythmic spaces creating innovative sound spheres. Emil Gross plays underground psychedelic blues with EBC – Electric Blues Circus, reggae, jazz, deep blues and avantgarde; in this time he is touring amongst others with paul rogers, luca kezdy, oliver lake, mike kindred, joe fonda, michael jefrey stevens, tomek les ……..</p>
