<p>Tara Transitory, better known as One Man Nation, is a nomadic experimental musician originally from Singapore. She will be giving a presentation on her latest body of work which deals primarily with gender, noise and transcendence where she relates her process to some tradition societies where gender was a non-binary concept, the role of the non-binary conforming gender persons in their society, and an introduction to their rituals and its relation to noise.</p>
<p>Noise, defined here as non-harmonic sounds, has been in existence since the beginning of time and has been quintessential in helping the individual or collective entity reach a certain sensibility associated with a different perception of reality.</p>

<p>In Kooperation von in-dust.org, Nights im Bunker & Interpenetration begegnen sich internationale und heimische Größen intensiverer Art zu einem konzertanten Stelldichein. Der japanische Experimentalfilmer und Noisemusiker MAKINO TAKASHI trifft auf den österreichischen Medienkünstler MANUEL KNAPP , und die neue Grazer Formation FAMILIE GESCHREY auf das one-woman Projekt ONE MAN NATION aus Singapur.</p>

<p>In Zusammenarbeit mit Steirischer Herbst</p>
<p>„Bent Spoke“ ist der Name einer wundersamen Konzertreihe, die von marufura fufunjiru, Labelbetreiber und Musikkurator, und dem Musiker Peter Plessas betreut wird und frische Livemusik eines breiten Spektrums zwischen freier Improvisation, experimenteller Elektronik und Rock zu Gehör bringen wird. An drei Donnerstagen werden Autodidakten, selbsternannte Experten und hochschulferne Musik-Individualisten im Explosiv aufeinandertreffen, um dabei auch regelmäßig über sich selbst hinauszuwachsen.</p>
<p>Mecanation versuchen sich im improvisierten Wechselspiel von lebendiger Elektronik und unbearbeiteten Klangskulpturen. Den Abschluss machen The Striggles, deren avanciert monumentaler Lärmrock Mark, Bein, Hirn und Herz auf das Wohligste zu durchdringen vermag.</p>
