Klassen des bildnerischen Zweiges des BORG Monsberger-gasse, Graz, beschaeftigten sich dieses Schuljahr im schulautonomen Fach ATELIER mit Bildhauerei zum Thema „Organische Formen in der Skulptur“. Einen Einstieg in das Thema bildeten eine Exkursion in den Roemersteinbruch in Aflenz bei Leibnitz, ferner die Besuche des Steinmetzbetriebes Stein v. Grein und des Oesterreichischen Skulpturenparks in Unterpremstaetten. Das Koto, eine mit 13 Saiten auf 13 beweglichen Stegen bespannte Woelbbrettzither, war ein traditionelles Instrument der Kuenste am japanischen Kaiserhof und wird auch heute noch gespielt. Die Toene des ca. 180 cm langen und ca. 25 cm breiten hohlen Instrumentes aus Paulownienholz werden durch</div><div style="margin-top: 0px; margin-right: 0px; margin-bottom: 0px; margin-left: 0px; ">das Verschieben der Stege (Ji) eingestellt oder waehrend des Spiels veraendert.
