Prince Billy. 2007 erschien sein erstes eigenes Album „Ekvilibrium“.
Weit im Ausdruck schwingen darin Streicher und Klavierklänge,
eingebettet in unglaublichen Soundkulissen durch den Raum. Er nimmt
musikalische Genres auf, ohne einem zu verfallen. Gegensätze lässt er
zu einem großen Ganzen aufgehen. Über Ben Frost schreibt The Wire:
„Simply awesome. Frost reminds us that minimalism was never just the
polished sheen of Reich and Glass, but also the sweat and grime of
Michael Gira's Swans. This is Arvo Pärt as arranged by Trent Reznor.
