Während manche Politiker das Gespenst einer mafiosen Vereinigung durch die Straßen der Grazer Altstadt geistern lassen, erwidern die Strassenmusiker mit ihrem eigenständigen Klangbild – gewissermaßen als süd-ost-erweitertes Echo der Kulturhauptstadt. Diese „Bettler“ werden weniger als Bettler, denn als mehr oder weniger talentierte Strassenmusikanten vorgestellt.
