arbeitet die EU vermehrt mit <BR>benachbarten Ländern zusammen, damit diese
bereits den <BR>Migrationsstrom aufhalten. Wer dennoch durchkommt muss damit
<BR>rechnen, unter unmenschlichen Bedingungen abgeschoben zu werden. <BR>Auch
innerhalb Europas nehmen Ausgrenzungen zu, um bestimmte <BR>Bevölkerungsgruppen
vom öffentlichen Leben auszuschließen. <BR>Andererseits entstehen „Gated
Communities“, die den BewohnerInnen <BR>das Gefühl der absoluten Sicherheit
geben sollen.<o:p></o:p></FONT></SPAN></P>
