I have tried that but it did not work as well. I am thinking it is about EFI (GPT). I think I will need a way to place some EFI files inside (maybe) /efi/ directory. I am still digging.<div><br></div><div>Thanks<br clear="all">

related one.<br>

Try to hold down the ALT key when booting, then refit should not appear.<br>
Instead (I hope) the builtin apple Boot menu should appear, with your<br>
flash drive selectable. Try to boot it from this menu, and see what happens.<br>
