login via gdm as root, no issues whatsoever<BR>

login vi gdm as yazdzik, gnome starts, then stops<BR>

<BR>

<BR>

no issue with fluxbox as yazdzik<BR>

<BR>

what logs do I need to send so you can see what is wrong<BR>

<BR>

this is a new install as of yesterday<BR>

<BR>

I have deleted user and /home, so there is an issue somewhere with something that I cannot grasp<BR>

<BR>

did I bork the install somehow?<BR>

or is gnome currently broken somewhere(unlikely since it works as root...)<BR>
