Das Veranstaltungsprogramm (Ausstellungen, Vorträge, Talks, Workshops ...) und die Einrichtungen (Bibliothek, Videothek ...) vor Ort versuchen, einen lebendigen und Impulse gebenden Diskursraum zu etablieren. Die 5020 ist darüber hinaus als Fördereinrichtung konzipiert, die künstlerische Projekte von zumeist jungen engagierten KünstlerInnen ermöglicht und finanziell unterstützt.<br><br>Ausstellungsprogramm 2014/15<br>Im Juli 2013 haben wir die neuen Räume am Residenzplatz bezogen, die nun großzügiger und vor allem offener strukturiert sind. Grundsätzlich versuchen wir auch in Zukunft, jene künstlerischen Ansätze und Projekte zu lancieren und zu unterstützen, die im kommerziellen Ausstellungsbetrieb kaum vertreten werden – sowohl in Form von Einzelpräsentationen als auch von Gruppenausstellungen. Die Jury wird aus den Einreichungen ca. vier BewerberInnen für Einzelpräsentationen nominieren; weiters werden seitens des Teams und des Vorstands der 5020 alle Bewerbungsunterlagen für konzeptive Überlegungen in Bezug auf thematische Ausstellungen und Gruppenausstellungen herangezogen.<br><br>Bewerbungsverfahren<br>Die Ausschreibung dient als ein Bewerbungsverfahren, für das sich Kunstschaffende als Einzelpersonen, in Ausnahmefällen auch als Gruppen, aus ganz Österreich bewerben können (ein abgeschlossenes Studium ist erwünscht). Die Bewerbungsunterlagen (Konzepte, Bild- und Textmaterial, das über das aktuelle Schaffen und über die Arbeiten der letzten Jahre Auskunft gibt, bei filmischen Arbeiten auch eine DVD, weiters eine Biografie mit Angabe der Adresse, Telefonnummer und E-Mail) senden Sie bitte bis spätestens<br><br>8. 11. 2013 (Datum des Poststempels)<br><br>an die Galerie 5020, Residenzplatz 10, 5020 Salzburg.
